- Check whether the desktop app works while mobile fails, or the reverse, since Telegram's mobile and desktop clients can hit different server clusters.
- Log in from a secondary device using the same account to confirm whether the problem is account-specific or affects the whole regional data center.
- If Telegram loads externally but not for you, try connecting through mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, since some networks filter Telegram specifically.
Telegram alternatives to use in the meantime
