Why are TikTok videos not loading?
Videos that spin forever usually point to a CDN or regional network issue rather than a global TikTok outage. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data — if videos load on one but not the other, the problem is on the network path, not TikTok.
Is TikTok blocked or actually down?
In some regions TikTok is restricted at the ISP or government level, which looks identical to an outage from inside that country. Our check tests from an external server, so if we can reach TikTok while you cannot, a local block or DNS filter may be the cause.
